We’re the DIY Dollhouse manufacturer in China.We sale the dollhouse all over the world.
However, we have a Client who is live in Ukraine. He is started his business for one year. We build a good relationship about one year.
He re-place the order frequently. In one order, he want to order as usual, but this time was a little different as before. Why did i said that? Because he told me want to ship the goods by a new shipping company. So i confirm all the details of the order from him. And sending the invoice to his e-mail. After his payment of the order, i started arrange the goods to the warehouse, and send the goods to his shipping agent address. Everything was goes well before he received the goods.
After one month, I received the customer message, and he told me the he received the goods by train. But what a pity! He said so many color box of the product was damaged when he open the package., it was no happened this situation before. But this time....Oh no. He was sad and hopeless. I also shocked when heard this news.
I was confused about this problem. And he also send me the pictures and video of the damage box. i asked whether he know the reason of this issue. Finally. He said:” He’s supplier was change the other package of the goods before shipping, so maybe the goods was package not well. So it was damaged through a long delivery. But he cannot do anything about this. so he need to buy the extra color box again. I am sorry to hear about that of this issue.
However, my customer told me, he was worried about this new supplier shipping problem since this time. And he will not use this supplier to ship the color box if re-place the order next time.
