A customer bought a DIY dollhouse from the Internet.
One day she contacted us and said that a problem was found in the process of making the product. The customer said that item model M905 Auspicious Sign Loft. Part number A09 the piece is too thin and leaves a gap when glued to the wall. It seems to cut from the wrong thickness wood. everything is glued properly. I can see in the instructions that this piece is supposed to be the same thickness as A17 and A02”
Then we learned that due to a batch of products in the production process, there was a small mistake in cutting, so it was the problem that caused the product to appear, followed by an apology with the customer to explain the reason, the customer expressed understanding and said that it was not a big problem.
In addition, the customer also shared the samples she made to me, attach the model she made. She said:”I look forward to building more of your kits. Thanks for your great customer service.” i would be pleased to hear that.
After that, i also recommend our new model to our customer, she said:”I will contact you in the future. I'm working on a different project now.”
