Today we have a customer from United States to our factory for inspection. Our mainly product is DIY wooden miniature dollhouse kits.
Why do customers go to inspect the factory? There are several reasons.
First, customers need to understand the nature of the factory. At present, more and more companies are trading companies and do not have their own factories and production workshops, so customers need to go to the factory for inspection in person to see the scale of the factory and whether it is a real factory.
The second reason is to check the production scale of the factory, check the production line of the factory, the number of employees in the factory, the working environment of the factory, the production quality of the factory, quality inspection, etc.
The last reason is to check whether the factory has enough place to store the finished products, which is convenient for inspection and shipment.
These are the test whether the supplier has enough strength to accept customer orders.
