The correct use of LED lights in products ?

May 13, 2020

Do you know what is LED light?

LED (Light Emitting Diode) is a light-emitting diode, which is a solid-state semiconductor device that can convert electrical energy into visible light. It can directly convert electricity into light. The heart of the LED is a semiconductor chip. One end of the chip is attached to a bracket, one end is the negative electrode, and the other end is connected to the positive electrode of the power supply, so that the entire chip is encapsulated by epoxy resin.

So how can we use the it ?

For the small product LED light. (such like DIY product, toys LED light..etc)

Each small lamp also has two wires. After separating the two wires, let the two wires of the six lamps be released separately, and then put them together, twist them, and wind the wires together, so that you can get two big wires. Phone, then connect the two big wires to the black and red wires of the battery box, put the battery, and the light will be on.

For the big LED light,(such used in house, hotel, hospital. etc...)

1. Two ways of driving circuit a, parallel way b, series way

2. During use, no matter it is single or multiple, the recommended DC drive current of each LED is 10-20mA;

3. The instantaneous pulse will destroy the fixed connection inside the LED lamp, so the circuit must be carefully designed so that when the line is opened and closed, the LED will not be impacted by overvoltage or overcurrent; 4. To obtain average brightness and color, use current Consistent with the premise of spectroscopic current, avoid mixing multiple packages during use, so as not to cause differences in electrical properties, brightness, and color;

5. LED require consistent brightness and color consistency when used with multiple LED. Therefore, you must fully understand the driving method and driving prerequisites. How much MA splitting is used can only guarantee the consistency of color and brightness at this current.
