Its density is generally in the range of 500-880 kg / cubic meter, and its thickness is generally 5-30 mm.

1.get the materials ready
The first step of medium density fiber board production process is to prepare materials, the equipment mainly includes chip cutting machine, belt conveyor, screening machine, bucket elevator, storage warehouse, etc. The raw material of medium fiber plate production is mainly wood fiber raw material, which includes trail wood, branches, charcoal, processing residue, the ideal preparation raw material is coni60%~70%, broad leaf wood 30%~40%, bark content should not exceed 5%.
2.Preparation of fiber
The preparation of fiber is mainly the fiber separation, which is the core link of the middle fiber plate production process. Fiber separation using equipment including wood chip bin (or preheated bin), small hopper, thermal mill, paraffin melting and application device, glue measuring device.
3.dry
The main equipment of the drying process of medium fiber plate production process consists of drying host, drying pipe and cyclone separator, fiber conveying device, dry fiber warehouse, etc. The hot mill discharge pipe draws into the wet fiber of the dry pipe and makes full contact with the hot air. The fiber is suspended by the airflow in the air duct. The fiber runs in the air duct for 4~5 seconds to quickly evaporate the water of the fiber and achieve the required moisture content (8%~12%).
4.shaping
Paving forming is a very important process in medium density fiber board production process, this process includes slab paving, prepressing, qi edge, cross section and other main parts, the paving process requirements are: slab density uniform, stable, consistent thickness, the weight control of the slab per unit area of continuous stability, has a certain degree of compactness.
5.heat pressing
The thermopressing process of manufacturing medium and high density fiber board is intermittent multi-layer thermopressing process, and various process factors have an important impact on the performance of medium fiber board.
