A good view of the factory's production mode has a great impact on the factory's productivity.

Therefore, the factory is always committed to the research of the production side, hoping to improve the production efficiency of the factory by the most efficient production method.

The modes of production in industry can be roughly divided into:

1 Continuous production mode

In the Continuous Process, raw materials are input from one end of the machine and equipment, advance in sequence, go through the Continuous production Process, reach the other end of the machine and equipment, and finally produce the finished product.

For example, sugar mills, spinning mills, chemical plants, oil refineries, etc., all adopt continuous production mode.

Factories of continuous production can be further divided into two categories:

⑴ Integrated continuous production mode

Integrated continuous production means a production method in which different raw materials are combined to produce a product.

For example, the production mode of the factory such as cement factory, steelmaking factory, pharmaceutical factory, paper factory is integrated and continuous production mode.

⑵ Differentiate continuous production mode

The continuous production mode refers to the continuous production mode in which raw materials are divided into several products after a series of continuous production modes, one part of which is the main product and the other part is the by-product.

If flour mill, oil mill, oil refinery, sugar factory, etc., its production mode is differentiated continuous production mode.

Intermittent production mode or assembly production mode

It is a kind of antimittive Process, which is made of different raw materials into parts or half-products, which are assembled on the Assembling Line of any kind of thing.

In this kind of production factory, various sizes of parts are manufactured by various units or subcontractors, and the final assembly unit assembles finished sizes of parts and semi-products into complete products.

For example, the production mode of automobile factory, television factory, shipyard, etc., is intermittent production mode or assembly production mode.

3. Mixed production mode

In large-scale production factories, there are many kinds of products, and the production mode is very complex, including continuous production mode, intermittent production mode or assembly production mode. Only by using both of them, can the manufacturing of products be completed.

The so-called Mixed Process refers to the production mode that has both continuous production mode, intermittent production mode or assembly production mode.
