A1. For our designs we have stock goods, minium quantity can be 1 carton, and we can accept mixed
model qty in 1 ctn.
Q2. Can you accept customized design?
A2. Yes , of course, we accept customized design ideas, mini qty per style is 1000sets.
we can also accept customized color box, instruction maual, printing paper, template minimum
order 500 sets per each product.
Q3. What's your trade term for your quotation?
A3. we normally quoted price based on Ex work term. and if for container order, we can quote on FOB
Guangzhou or Shenzhen term.
Q4. What's payment term will you accept?
A4. For our stock goods, we only accept 100% amount to be paid by T/T advance payment before
shipment.
And for customized order, 30% to be paid by T/T, balance 70% amount to be paid before shipment.
Q5. Will all the products come with glue, battery, working tools and so on?
A5. No. some products without battery or working tools, but all products with glue. But the glue, battery, powder can't be shipped by air, it's ok to ship by sea.
Q6. Will all the products come with dust cover?
A6.Not all, but some products will come with dust cover, some dust cover must be bought it separately.
